Bharat Keshavrao Gite's rise to his present position is the result of his untiring, undaunting efforts and the single-minded dedication to be an authority in the challenging field of aluminium castings. From humble origins that saw hardships early on, he rose to be an Metallurgical Engineer from renowned College of Engineering Pune. With a vision to introduce German technology to India, he enrolled for an Masters at RWTH Technical University of Aachen in Germany, known to teach the best in the field. Further, he stayed back in Germany to learn contemporary metallurgy while working for entities like BMW AG and Mahle GmbH. The stint gave him invaluable insights into the industry and the running of an enterprise.

Returning to India, he first set up G&B Metal Casting in 2014. Taural India, a joint venture with the world's best in the field, Thoni Alutec of Poland, came about in 2016 when he felt the need to introduce better technology, knowledge, and support to Indian industries. In just a few years, he has taken Taural India to global heights where it supplies intricate, complex, and medium to large aluminium castings to world-known industrial names. His efforts have made Taural India stand out as a leader in providing innovative and sustainable solutions to complex engineering problems.

A motivator and taskmaster who went on to accomplish the highly acclaimed Senior Executive Leadership Program from USA’s prestigious Harvard Business School, his struggle and rise remain central to everyone's motivation at Taural India and is the reason behind the "can do" attitude of everyone here.
