Our castings produced are according to the customer dedicated International standards. Resin bonded; no-bake sand casting process is adopted for the production of casting weighing from 7Kg up to 1000 kgs. We are able to cast different grades of aluminium alloys to fulfil customer specific requirements.

Environment Management System (EMS) is always a frontrunner for us and the present global warming situations, we utilise the natural gas for our foundry practices to reduce the carbon footprint for a cleaner environment.

Shot blasting is one of the short processes but plays a significant role in enhancing the aesthetic look of the casting and also improves the stress properties of the part.

The heat treatment of the Aluminium alloy is done to enhance the mechanical properties of the components. In-house facility shortens the delivery time and ensures metallurgical quality. All the processes are carried out with Hi-tech furnaces with SCADA controls for process stability.
